Yang Ruiyang is an Associate Research Fellow at the International Centre on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage under the auspices of UNESCO (HIST), where she also serves as the Head of Third Research Department. Her work focuses on digital heritage, spatial archaeology, and geospatial analysis for cultural and natural heritage conservation. With a PhD from East China Normal University, she has held senior research positions at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and led multiple national projects on heritage monitoring, spatial data engineering, and Belt and Road cultural landscape research.
