Xi Xiaohuan

Associate Professor

Introduction

Xi Xiaojuan is an Associate Research Fellow at the International Centre on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage under the auspices of UNESCO (HIST). She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Environmental Geoscience from Peking University. Her work spans LiDAR remote sensing, with a focus on vegetation structure, forest parameter inversion, and ecological applications. She has collaborated with national research institutes and provincial agencies on LiDAR-based biomass estimation and forest vertical profiling, and her work has been recognized with several science and technology progress awards.
