Huo Sijia serves as the Deputy Secretary General of International Centre on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage under the auspices of UNESCO (HIST). She graduated from China University of Geosciences (Beijing), and joined HIST in 2012, and has since been engaged in research, coordination, and project implementation related to heritage protection and the application of space technologies. Her research mainly focuses on natural and cultural heritage conservation, and has published 19 academic works.
